Meet Larry, the owner of Litterless Lots.
Larry Kleban owned and operated a construction and remodeling business for 33 years. When he decided it was time for a change, he began shuttling patients and employees back and forth at a local hospital in his trusty golf cart. In between the rush of customers he picked up trash on the hospital grounds. Larry was shocked at how dirty the parking lot was when he returned to work each morning, despite cleaning the lot throughly the day before. This was his "aha" moment. Larry suspected that other commercial businesses struggled with littered lots just as the hospital did, and soon Litterless Lots turned from an idea to a full fledged business.
Larry's many years in the construction business equipped him with the perfect skillset for commercial litter cleanup. He takes pride in being flexible, organized, friendly, and reliable. Larry spends everyday on the job site, getting to know his clients' needs and ensuring his work meets their high standards and his own. He sweeps and collects all litter by hand instead of machine to achieve the most litterless lots.
